Whether you are just starting your functional fitness journey or looking to get help with technique on movements and lifts, our Introductory Skills Class is six-days worth of fundamental programming that beginners will participate in 2 days a week for 3 weeks, or that experienced athletes can take a la carte. During these sessions, athletes will be able to learn or improve on the 9 foundational movements of functional fitness, from Day 1 Body Weight Movements all the way up to technical Olympic Lifts.
